Makai Brewing Company Return and Refund policy
To request a refund or exchange please email us at email@example.com. Please include your order number (if known), your full name, and any other information or instructions that may help us locate your order and process your exchange or refund request. Typical turnaround time for returns/exchanges is about 1-2 weeks once we receive the item(s). For faster turnaround, please use an expedited shipping service and give us a heads up at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to accommodate your request. We reserve the right to use the shipping carrier of our choice.
If you find your Makai gear doesn't fit, or you would like a different color or size, please send the item(s) back to us at the address below and we will be glad to process your request. Items must be returned within 30 days to receive a full refund for the item purchased. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds on products more than 30 days after purchase. However, if it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, but less than 60 days, you can contact us about an exchange for a similar stock item of like value. If the item exchanged is for an item of lesser value, we are unable to refund the difference in balance.If the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit the card used at time of purchase for the returned item(s) upon receipt and confirmation of their condition. Items must be in original condition and must be returned for refund within 30 days for an exchange or within 60 days of contacting email@example.com. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
